The Baroque Sicily
Today we visited several towns in the interior of Sicily known for their Baroque style (a type of architecture). We started off in the town of Noto, where we saw several cool 18th century churches. We then went to a local farm where we had their version of a light lunch (it was our version of a heavy dinner). We then went to the town of Modica, which is famous for its chocalate. To stuffed to try too much chocalate, but we did try the chocalate liquor, which was very good. Finally, we went to the ton in Ragusa, where Sue had an Aperol Spritz and I had an Italian beer for dinner (along with free appetizers). Total cost for dinner - 8,50 Euro. Then we just hung out and spent the rest of the evening people watching.
